• Queensland Transport helps eligible Queensland families with the cost of school transport. Please visit the school transport website. This assistance is provided under the Non-State School Transport Assistance Scheme (NSSTAS) and provides two types of assistance:
• Distance - based Travel Assistance
• Safety - net Travel Assistance. 
  

Student travel rebate applications are open in May for Semester 1 and October for Semester 2.
